Cancellation and Late arrival

Out of respect for my clients, myself and those in need of emergency treatment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which will be charged as follows:

Late Policy
If you arrive late to an appointment, I will endevour to make the most of your remaining time, but I will not over run out of respect of my self and other clients. You will be expected to pay the full appointment amount.
 
For individually booked sessions:
Over 49 hours, no cancellation or reschedule fee is payable.
Within 48 hours of your appointment, half the booked session fee remains payable.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session feel remains payable.
Details of how to pay will be provided.
Should you wish to re-book, the cancellation fee will need to be fully paid.
 
For discounted block bookings:
For rescheduling an appointment within a discounted block booking (usually 6-9 sessions), with notice of
49 hours or more, the discounted price will be honoured and the session can be rescheduled (up to twice within one block booking).
48 hours, half the session fee will be deducted, and re-scheduling will then cost half the full fee.
24 hours, the full discounted session fee is forfeited and the full price fee will be needed to re-schedule.
