Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for my clients, myself and those in need of emergency treatment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which will be charged as follows:


For individually booked sessions:

Over 49 hours, no cancellation or reschedule fee is payable.

Within 48 hours of your appointment, half the booked session fee remains payable.

Within 24 hours of your appointment, the full session feel remains payable.

Should you wish to re-book, the cancellation fee will need to be fully paid.

 For discounted block bookings:

For rescheduling an appointment within a discounted block booking (usually 6 sessions), with notice of 49 hours or more, the discounted price will no longer be honoured and the full price will be required for the rescheduled session.

If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, half the session fee will be deducted, and re-scheduling will then cost half the full fee.

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the full discounted session fee is forfeited and the full price fee will be needed to re-schedule.


Covid-19 special circumstances cancellations policy

If a treatment is cancelled or deferred at short notice because my client has COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19, any standard cancellation fees will be waivered. The client will be asked to kindly confirm in writing that their appointment has been cancelled or deferred because they have COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19.

Absolutely no refunds will be given in any circumstances except those as provided for under the specific mandated and time limited Covid-19 policy
